Leadership Academy

The Leadership Academy develops leaders from the inside out, connecting identity, character, values, purpose, service and practical leadership capability. Its flagship ecosystem may include a book, curriculum, workshops, online courses, coaching, organisational packages, and wider Fiji and Pacific programmes — growing toward a future Community Development and Leadership Academy.
