Preamble — A Covenant of Stewardship

Bula Volita is established upon the God-given identity of its founder, Simione Bula — his name, his people, his land and his faith. Bula honours a grandfather who led with integrity; Volita is the customary land that sustained a family across generations. We hold that identity is not self-created — it is God-assigned, Vanua-rooted and legacy-carried. This enterprise is a Kingdom assignment, not a commercial ambition: we begin with belonging before business, and we covenant to steward knowledge, relationships, resources, opportunities and wealth in ways that strengthen families, communities and future generations.

Vision

To build a Pacific-owned Kingdom institution that raises leaders, forms identity and grows enterprise — demonstrating what identity, Vanua, Christian faith, innovation and responsible enterprise can achieve together — creating sustainable prosperity, developing generations of Pacific leaders, strengthening communities, and building a legacy for future generations.

Mission — The Three Pillars

• Enterprise Stewardship — to build and steward a family of Pacific enterprises, from rural product supply chains to digital products, publishing and technology platforms, rooted in identity, Vanua and Christian faith.
• Connection & Opportunity — to connect people with knowledge, skills, technology, products, markets and opportunities that expand rural, maritime and diaspora economies and strengthen families and communities.
• Leadership & Legacy — to develop Pacific leaders through teaching, publishing, curriculum and coaching; provide advisory and training; generate wealth responsibly; and reinvest in people, succession and future generations.

Kingdom Purpose

Bula Volita exists to fulfil God’s purpose in the marketplace by restoring Kingdom identity in leadership, parenting, safeguarding, resilience and entrepreneurship; equipping families, leaders, organisations and communities with biblically grounded, culturally rooted frameworks; building Kingdom houses aligned with God’s righteousness; advancing the Gospel through marketplace excellence, integrity and service; and becoming a vessel through which Kingdom wealth, wisdom and influence flow to the people of Fiji and the Pacific.

Spiritual Foundations

• Jesus Christ is the Son of God, who died and rose again so that we may be saved and serve His Kingdom freely.
• The Holy Spirit is the source of wisdom, discernment, creativity and excellence.
• The silver and gold belong to God; we are stewards, not owners.
• The Vanua is part of God’s design for identity, belonging and purpose.
• Work is worship, and excellence is obedience.
• Wealth is a tool for Kingdom impact, not personal elevation.

Kingdom of God Alignment

Seven Kingdom foundations shape this institution — Identity, Faith, Leadership, Relationships, Stewardship, Enterprise and Legacy — held together by Vanua, service and impact, and expressed through four biblical convictions:

• Stewardship (1 Corinthians 4:2; Matthew 25:14–30) — faithful management of enterprises as God’s trust.
• Justice & Inclusion (Micah 6:8; Acts 4:34) — communities flourishing with dignity and opportunity.
• Leadership Development (2 Timothy 2:2) — raising leaders who multiply Kingdom influence.
• Legacy & Generosity (John 13:34–35; Isaiah 58:12) — building communities of love, unity and lasting impact.

Commitment to God’s Ownership

God is the owner. We are the stewards. The mission is His, the wealth is His, the influence is His, the impact is His. We will not chase silver and gold — we will chase God; and as we chase God, He will release what is needed for the assignment.
